First SessionIn the first session the focus is learning about you and your relationship, as well as creating a platform to build from. When you book your first appointment a brief intake form will be emailed to you. This is a snap shot of who you are, the main issues you are having and what the goal is for you.
Usually during the first session we will go through this information together to get clarity on what the problems are and where attention needs to go. The first session is likely to take around 2 hours. |

o Clarity o Communication / Conflict Resolution o Understanding needs & wants o Alignment / Goal setting o Building a strong foundation o Intimacy / Connection |
Relationship counselling generally involves couples working together, but individual work can also play a part.
The aim is always to help each person feel heard, understood, and confident that they are moving in a healthy direction as quickly as possible. Normally a minimum of 7 sessions is recommended. |
